Making glasses out of wood is not an innovation for the optical market, but Rolf Spectacles bring to their manufacture, seeds of plants from the family of "Euphorbiaceae", sometimes called euphorbias. This material has amazing resistance. The plants are grown in tropical climates without any modifications. They grow quickly and become very tall in just four months, flowering every year. This makes the material more environmentally friendly and is a perfect basis for a collection of glasses to meet modern demands.
